It was not clear that the promised 40% discount was for click and collect. This resulted in a wasted journey into Leamington and then a second journey the following day to then collect after clicking. Seems a silly system to me but what do I know. As you can collect within the hour of clicking then it leaves little time to restock.
Otherwise I have always been happy with the service I have received at the counter, always friendly, lnowledable and helpful. Will continue to use GSF.
