Excellent service from the guys in the Daventry store. However, the online stock handling system must be off. I ordered a MAF sensor and while online a couple of wiper blades for delivery to Rugby. I received an email to say the sensor wasn't actually in stock and would be removed from my order. I called the Daventry store and the guy said there was one in Northampton, he'll get it to him by 10.30 the next day, place an order online for click and collect from Daventry and pay on collection to get the sale discount. I did, they did, all perfect. The wiper blades were delivered a couple of days later... So top marks for in-store staff, a star lost for online service.
