Normally excellent service.
However on my last order one item could not be delivered because of" nil stock" and i was promtly notified which was good. Cause "error on website." Error appears to still exist.
Also telephone help and chat line service was not available within the hours stated on web site. Unable to reorder alternative item online as account was stuck on " Basket processing" over the weekend. I concluded that they are having IT problems and are not managing system at weekends,
