The first impression is most important. This is not the first time but everytime I telephone GSF Heathrow either for assistance or to inform them of a change in collection day the person at the end of the line is ignorant, unhelpful, uninterested and most annoying rude!!!! I was no wiser after he put the phone down. GSF was my main supplier of spares for my cars for years but I am moving away to your competitors as I would not be treated like an idiot at the end of the day.
