Twice before this week (approx 8 and 9 months ago respectively) I ordered things online, went in and they didn't have the items ordered online, which id been emailed "were now ready to collect.." (luckily euro parts is 1 min away) thankfully this time they had the items, at a good price and they were actually there 9.5/10 this time(and 15 ish times before using), 2 times before last 0.5/10 (.5 just for the bloke in there being a little appologetic)
