Having used GSF on many occasions and been highly satisfied, on this occasion they really wound me up. I ordered an oil filter on-line to be collected in the Lincoln branch, despite the fact the filter was cheaper at Euro-Parts even after the GSF25% I didn't fancy travelling the extra 4 miles to save 50p. The on-line order firstly for some reason wanted me to go to Nottingham, so scratch that and start again, the second attempt at Lincoln then didn't apply the 25% discount being offered, the third attempt finally placed the order at Lincoln with the discount. 40 minutes later I arrived to collect, yep you guessed it the order at the none discount price was waiting, I politely explained the situation to the assistant who looked really miffed and disappeared for an eternity to find out what had happened to the discounted order, he popped his head around the corner and asked "did you want the discount" - "yes" I replied - "did you enter the discount code" - "YES" I replied. 30 frustrating minutes later I walked out with a filter, maybe the extra 4 miles to Euro-parts won't seem so far next time and I won't have to use a pathetic discount code to buy it at the real price.
