Terrible customer service each time I click and collect.
Items are never selected prior to arrival regardless of time frame between order and collection.
Staff are rude and have no sense of urgency to deal with customers. It's as if you're invisible.
I only use them because of convenience (only reasonably priced auto factors near me).
