I ordered online, went to collect the goods (inc air filter). Came home, went to fit the air filter but it was the wrong one. Phoned Farnham GSF - they'd accidentally given me the wrong part (my order was correct - they gave me a similar coded filter) - Had to go back the next day to swap over and collect the correct part.
Otherwise, good service/value for money.
