The online review and ordering service was very useful. However it should be noted that if you are ordering for collection on a Saturday the only gain is not waiting until Monday for a courier. Stores appear to have a skeleton staff on the "counter" at the weekend so collection can take some time. Fair play to my local branch here in Poole:they worked very hard to battle the queues developing, but more staff and maybe a filter system for collections and same day branch enquiries purchases could speed things up. The phones were ringing for long periods of time and as a previous business manager the potential for lost business is not something I would want if it could be avoided with a few more staff in place. Overall good service but could have been "great".
