I required premium vented discs and pads for an A class W169 Avantgarde Your online description was okay for the discs and named the brand as Jurid. However there was no brand name for the premium pads so I had no idea of the make or quality. I telephoned your main office and spoke to a man who said he would look out for my online order and ensure both items were Jurid. So I placed an online order #100244281 (placed on 22 April 2016 14:26:25 BST) 5 days later when nothing arrived or any communication received from GSF, I signed in to my GSF a/c to find out where my order was - there was no record against my account! I then started an online chat and was told my order was not fulfilled because Jurid pads were not available to you. So rather than make contact with me and offer an alternative, you did nothing!! Leaving me concerned that my order was lost or sent elsewhere and the repair job well behind schedule! The outcome of the chat session - I settled for alternative pads - all items arrived next day. Is this good customer service?
