Usually good, but have had several issues of late. For eg you provided two suspension arms for the same side, despite order being for L& R. Ordered a Thermostat with last order that came with no seal. No notes to remind buyers to buy seperate seal. Caused severe delays. Staff in local branches very helpful. You need to double chekc parts being despatched, and also if items come without seals-please make it clear that this needs to be purchased as well.
