I purchased some bulbs after receiving discount code online. Partly my fault but thought it was for twin sets but turned out to be single bulbs. This made them expensive even with discount, and GSF should make it more clear its sold singly as most sell as twin sets. I returned them for a refund through the local branch and had to chase for refund when GSF said they never received it. Customer service adviser was helpful and I got my refund after 5 days. Im not sure if i'll use GSF again.
