Purchased a pair of replacement brake calipers for a Honda Jazz, these are on an exchange basis with a £41 surcharge on each caliper which is returned upon receipt of the old calipers. Did the job returned the old used calipers to the Burgess Hill branch for my surcharge refund to be told that they could not accept them because they need to be in the boxes that the new items came in, totally ridiculous !
I protested that I had travelled 10miles to return them and asked why they had to be boxed, no explanation was given.
