Website process was very good, taking very little time to reserve the parts I required.
However, the collecting and paying element took much longer than expected. I was waiting for 20-25 minutes without anyone coming out from the back office to check on me (one customer being dealt with in front of me) and no apology for the delay when finally seen to.
