On your website you state that orders received before 2pm maybe delivered the same day. I placed my order at 12.37 on Thursday 31st August not realising that you would use DPD Couriers instead of one of your local GSF branches. The order was subsequently delivered on Saturday at 09.36. Do you not use
local GSF branches to deliver on their vans? If not it would be helpful for customers to know that their order will be delivered by outside couriers. Thanks
