Used ring and reserve but foolishly didn't check contents of the bag when handed to me. Invoiced for correct item but wrong item supplied.
This was corrected with an apology but did necessitate a 10 mile round trip back to the branch.
This could be a very good service with more care.
I will shop this way again.
