When I arrived at the store I discovered that what was being sold as new had clearly being used and was quite badly damaged. The store dealt with it very well and got a new one shipped within a few hours, but it was an extra trip I didn't need.
Clearly there is some sort of quality control problem if GSF can ship product which can be identified as damaged within seconds of reciept.
The only reason my experiance hasn't been rated as very poor is due to how well the staff in the store dealt with the situation.
