Ordered rear suspension parts early in week for fitting at weekend, opened the box and wrong parts sent.
phoned my local gsf shop in Kidderminster and the assistant was very adversarial, insisting I had ordered the wrong parts (I hadn't) also stating (incorrectly) that I couldn't bring the wrong parts to the shop for return.
Went on live chat and it was confirmed that I could.
Went to the shop to collect the new oarts and dealt with Mick, who was very helpful, parts were bought and wrong parts were returned... I just have to wait for the refund which is frustrating.
Such a contrasting set of people to deal with and I can't understand why a credit note could not be issued whilst I was buying the correct parts.
