Unfortunately, the part(s) I ordered using GSF Car Parts's generating system (Using car registration/confirming vehicle parts were compatible to my requirements), generated parts that did not fit my vehicle, so I asked to return the parts as they had supplied incompatible parts for my vehicle. I was subsequently sent a returns label which required me to pay for its return. Under the Consumers Right Act 2015 I am covered in that the parts should be returned at no cost to me. It was like getting blood out of a stone in getting them to supply a returns label which was at no cost to me. Very disappointing, a customer should not have to remind the supplier their rights!
