I placed an on-line order for collection from the Heathrow branch, but they did not recognise my order number and suggested that I contact the GSF on-line ordering centre at Birmingham, which I did.
When I spoke to someone from Birmingham, they said that the order number was recognised on their system.
I then telephoned the Heathrow branch and the person that I spoke to said that the order number was still not recognised on their system.
