I purchased a clutch kit from GSF online and had it sent direct to my mechanic. It arrived damaged and my mechanic advised it would need replacing. Took it to my local branch who refused to exchange it, so I had to pay for another kit and a courier collected the damaged one. I've still not been refunded for the damaged clutch.
