Signed up to the newsletter for 30% discount, parts wern't in stock in local branch for click and collect and website wouldn't let me order them into local branch. So I sent my brother into nearest branch to collect the order and they didn't apply the discount. Emailed cust services and no reply. So thanks a lot! Never had problem with my local (Daventry) branch, but the online system is a pain!
