Hit and miss - sometimes very professional and other times very unprofessional.
For example travelling 35 minutes to collect a part that wasn’t in stock, despite receiving an email starting it had been checked and in stock and awaiting collection. I did submit a complaint to identify an issue and hopefully resolve but nothing received as of 29 Dec 23.
