Easy to use website and ordering is straightforward. Great communication throughout and excellent value for money. My only reason for giving a 4* and not 5* is that this was the first time I've used the home delivery option because the parts weren't available for collection at my local store. In itself, this wasn't a problem. The problem was when I returned the calliper to my local store to receive the surcharge payment. Had I used the click-and-collect, I would have received the surcharge payment. Because I used the home delivery option, it was a real faff in making phone calls and filling out forms. In future, If a product has a surcharge I'll ensure I use the click-and-collect from store option.
