I’ve always had excellent service but if you have an item that includes a surcharge (so you have to return an item for exchange), it’s not obvious how to do this. I’ve had to quote my order number on a live chat to be sent return paperwork that looks like I don’t want the new item? No god only knows what will happen . Why don’t you just send out return paperwork with the new item ? Or send an email with the necessary paperwork that can be printed. You are behind your comp
