Ordered service parts for my vehicle paid the amount due, only to be informed via email several days later that the oil was not either in stock or unavailable however they refunded the cost of the oil, but still delivered the remaining parts e.g oil filter/pollen filter and fuel filter, I would have preferred they refunded the whole lot and I could have gone to another supplier.
