I ordered a battery and it was leaking acid it was on the outside of the box and inside too, I didn't realise it was on my hand until it started to irritate me.as I had a bonfire going i threw the packaging on the fire and washed the battery and my hands. When I called gsf I was told to go to the nearest dealer and a refund would follow. Surely I should have been offered a replacement and the faulty battery picked up when the replacement arrived. You have not covered yourself in glory at the moment and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Also we have tried to contact you by phone and live chat and email but to no avail.
