Can't fault the service, or the parts, but ...
I tried to order a part online where I get free home delivery and 10% discount but informed no parts availabe - so order using click and collect and have to drive a 15 mile round trip and pay four quid more for the part. Seems a$$ about face to me. Oh .. and btw GSF Frome were extremely helpful with a VIN enquiry I made.
