I usually receive a weekly email with special offers from GSF but as per usual, the website is very hard to understand and to use. This is the second time that I've ordered a part for my car and it has turned out to be the wrong part yet again. Also, I ordered my part on the Sunday afternoon and it finally arrived on Saturday. This was via 2nd Class post but it isn't good enough.
The website, in my opinion needs to be totally revamped and the deliveries timescales need to be looked at.
I'm not usually that bothered about things like this but after this 2nd experience, I don't think that i will be using gsf again unless I see a dramatic change in their website experience.
