When I entered my reg number to buy a headlight bulb it gave me one option. Which I obviously purchased.
On recieving the part it became apparent when fitting it that this was not the right piece.
When I bothered to call up to find out how this had happened it was suggested that it was my own fault for ordering the part suggested for a line of vehicles rather than my specific vehicle. As a result I had to purchase a different product to get what I wanted and online I had to search for this part using its unique product code.
Having entered my reg number I would expect you to be able to give me parts for my specific vehicle, failing that a list of options rather than just one.
Now I'm £3 poorer for no reason and posting or delivering the part to your shop just isn't worth my time and effort.
Not impressed especially with the follow up phone call.
