I often search GSF parts online and on several occasions the part is unavailable or out of stock at my local Norwich branch. When I phone GSF Norwich, they tell me that the part is actually in stock in the Norwich branch. I recently used the delivery service for a part and it took 4 days to arrive, I will not use that service again.
