Everything is great unless you wish to use the returns process, I took my item back to the local branch as directed, they did not know how to process the return as they said it had been updated and they did not know what to do, so after a few phone calls, I had to fill in a paper sheet then walk away and be told just wait for head office to handle it now.
Not acceptable get your act together as your poor staff have no training or idea on how to deal with a return
