I notice this feedback system only asks the reviewer "Tell us how GSF car parts made you happy" but does not ask for any problems. Thats a biased review system. You lost one star there because of that. Dont tell me what to write please.
The thing about the order that lost you a star was the delivery arrived in 2 parts. Thats not a problem but the box only said "1" . It did not say 1 of 2. This meant i thought items were missing. I tried using the online help but it eventually said all agents were busy. This meant i went the weekend thinking my order was not arriving. 2nd box arrived Monday. this box said 1 of 1. That is not helpful.
Also the delivery note/invoice says "TERMS: STRICTLY CASH " which is wrong as i paid card. I get pulled up by the finance company for this anomaly which i dont need that grief.
I dont get these issues with your "competition" with this.
Please amend your biased survey question, correct the invoice terms and alter the box labeling quantity. This will then give you 5 stars from me.
