Click and collect is very good as is the stock verification before you travel as its a 1 hour round trip for me.
Usually have what is needed but pricing is very expensive, tempered by discount emails generally usable at weekends.
Never used to be this way as pricing without discount codes was always reasonable/
To be honest would spend more money if the website is less clumsy if your vehicle is not recognised it becomes very difficult to find what you need.
