Bought an item using the Click & Collect choice at my local GSF store. Arranged for next day collection. Travelled 4 miles to find they had the wrong part for dispatch. Their only response was "Looks like the box has been wrongly marked up". There was no evidence of any words like "Sorry" or some such, just the information that it would take two days for the correct part to appear. I asked where the overnight room was as I intended on staying. They had no reply: just a blank stare. I returned home and two days later returned to the store. Overall I covered some 16 miles using up petrol and my time for which there was no refund of any sort.
