You made me happy as the weekend discounts you offer are obviously very attractive indeed - BUT I do find your website very difficult to navigate - it too me ages before I was confident that I had concluded a purchase of just under £3 with you - might have been £300 but not on this occasion as it happened. If I am alone in making this observation then put it down to the fact that I am 80 and not THAT brilliant at website trawling but if others have commented in similar fashion then I suggest you get your techies to try and simplify the site! BUT you do offer a worthwhile service and your counter staff at Kettering have always been very ;polite and helpful. Regards Tim Clifton
