I ordered two items on a Friday. The tracking system said that they would arrive on Wednesday. Only one item was delivered. It wasn't until I complained to GSF customer service after a 20 minute wait on the phone that I was told that the battery would be delivered the following Monday. About 30 minutes later an email appeared from the courrier saying that they would deliver on Friday. So my battery took a week to come. Not very good.
