Wrong battery sent after a 8 day wait despite sending several emails they were all ignored, 3 times I tried phoning and was on hold for between 40 minutes and an hour with nobody answering, in the end I had to take it back to my local store, and now I have been told I will have a 2 to 3 week wait for a refund
