Unfortunately the battery was badly damaged in transit (all the acid leaked) so I tried to telephone GSF but no reply after 35 minutes. I tried the on-line help but no-one available. I then sent an email and had an automatic acknowledgement - but nothing more. I sent a follow up email with photos a few days later, had an automatic acknowledgement but nothing more. I can understand that they are busy but a problem should be an opportunity to build a customer relationship - apparently not in this case. Very disappointed and will not purchase from them again. Will now seek redress via PayPal.
