The delivery address was not recognised. That was fair enough but instead of contacting me by e-mail or phone a message was left on the bottom of the order. It was only when I logged on a week later to find out where my order was that I noticed the message. If I hade been sent an e-mail or a text message then I would have got my order a week earlier.
