Almost 2 weeks since I placed an order. No reply haven't heard anything back regarding my refund. They have items listed on their website they don't have in stock..id imagine by the time I actually get through to someone I will still have to wait 3- 5 days. 3 weeks for a refund worst customer service ever. The only money I had to buy a car battery is sat in their account I'm walking to work daily. I will never recommend it use gsf ever again !!!!
