Not a good experience unfortunately. I ordered two shock absorbers online. They were matched against my registration plate and car details, and were both in stock at my local store. When I went to collect on my lunch break, I was told that one was actually at a different store and that they’d have to order it across, taking 2 hours! I had to cancel my garage booking and collect the following day instead. I finally got the car and the shocks to the garage the following week and, to my surprise, they were the complete wrong parts for the car, despite the website guaranteeing that they’d fit. Had to pay the garage for their time and take my car home again!
