I've always had good service when using GSF in person at their branches, however this online experience was very disapointing.
I ordered a car battery with next day delivery, I received a message in my inbox to say a label had been printed but by the end of the following day there was no sign of my battery, or any explanation where it had got to. I tried to call GSF via the helpline but after 15mins of queing it timed out. So I tried to contact them via the online help, apart from a routine ticket being issued there was no reply. Finaly on the Monday I called the helpline again & eventually got to speak with a human, who advised me that the issue was they were out of stock. But they would have more the next day, he agreed to cancel my next day Delivery fee of £5.99 & my battery arrived on the Wednesday (a week after I originally ordered) although it was not well packed.
The battery itself was fine & I'm pleased with that.
To summarise: My main gripe was with the online help where no one got back to me & the fact their phoneline times out after 15mins.
