Spoke to GSF to get the correct parts and after ordering were informed they were the wrong ones. The order was then cancelled and a new one placed by the GSF advisor. I received a package 2 days later with 4 of the 6 parts missing. Spoke to GSF again who said they’d reordered the parts and they would be with me next day. Next day nothing turns up and informed they were delayed, with them now due to arrive the day my car is booked in for repair. Had a notification from EVRI that they were out for delivery but on checking the notification they had entered the wrong address and postcode. I contacted EVRI who said only GSF could change the address. I spoke again to a GSF advisor who informed me he couldn’t do any thing and his suggestion was for me to travel to the other address to collect the package after delivery. I tried to explain to him that the address didn’t even exist and the postcode was for a farm in the middle of nowhere. He found it easier to just refund me rather than sort the problem. As a result I never received the parts, had to cancel the repair and will never use GSF again. Really awful from start to finish.
