My order turned up on time but was missing the engine flush.
I spoke with the customer service team who said the would refund the missing item.
I was refunded but not the full amount, I think It was missing the VAT part.
I then had to order the missing item from my local store, and mess around picking it up.
This was not a great experience but other orders have gone fine in the past.
