I was happy to purchase the parts I needed in one of the '12 days of Xmas' sales. 48% off was great. There was some confusion regarding ordering online and collecting in store. The wording and instructions regarding collecting in store and time limits etc could be improved. I ordered Friday for a collection Monday. I was under the impression I had 24hrs after the collection date to pick up. But I received an email on Tuesday morning saying my order was cancelled. I called the store and this was confirmed and I was told I could not repurchase at the discounted price. Then the following day I was called to ask if I still was going to collect the parts! I did and I'm happy with them. I think the link between online and in-store maybe needs some work. Thank you
