Simply awful, ordered parts for click and collect, went to the shop when I received a notification to say they are ready to be told that they wasn't there and they will be in in a few days, so i called the shop a few days later to make sure they had the part and was told my order was then cancelled because I hadn't picked them up in time but they had the part and I had to reorder them online.
Also I received an email saying any issues please respond to this email, but the email address didn't accept incoming emails.
