Despite using the correct VRN the part supplied was wrong.
When queried the parts guy just said the correct part number doesn't correspond to the part supplied and that GSF couldn't source the correct part.
So what is the point of inputting VRN to identify the vehicle if the parts are not correct?
There was not on option of parts, so not user error.
Result was two return journeys wasted and queing (over 3 hours in total), plus one customer not happy their vehicle wasn't repaired and 2 hours labour extracting old condenser and another hour putting vehicle back together so customer could use their vehicle whilst correct part was sourced.
Grand total 6 hours wasted !!!
