I am new to this store, interested in the click and collect service. I took advantage of the 20% off 'new customer' offer but made a mistake when I first ordered a new battery by not inputing the discount code. I re-enterred all the details and the web page showed the discount. However, when I got to the store, the original order had been processed, not the discounted one. The store manager said he could not do anything about this so I took the battery at full price and contacted customer services. Customer services repeatedly refered me back to the shop which I was unwilling to accept. Onlyy after repeated requests did Aaron agree to escalete the issue and I await the response 10 days on. Seriously disappointing customer care.
