Parts lost by EVRI - no surprise!
Called you customer service line and the person I spoke with couldnt have been more helpful or understanding. He commented that Evri are always loosing shipments and just dont care - I agree ....but this begs the question: if you know there are useless, why continue to use them?
Anyway, I await replacement parts
